A kick in the ass of the free press!

2 months ago, a district judge prohibited by injunction the dissemination of the newest issue of "Beobachter", a highly acclaimed monthly magazine that reveals unfair business practices and serves as a consumer advocacy.

The reason: a well investigated articel that accused two constructers of unfair business practices and lousy work. Well, this district judge obviously values the reputation of these two guys higher than the freedom of press and a well informed public sphere.

All hail the banana republic!
