Catch-22

Have you ever felt, that your stomach and heart told you that a certain person is right in his criticism about the way you act as a leader, however, at the same time, your head tells you that your responsibility towards the role you have within an organisation requires you to act that way? What if I misjudge the last point? What if my actions eventually backfire because of that? On the other hand, what if it turns out to be right, and we failed as an organisation because I didn't have the guts to stick to a specific decision? Am I a bad leader because I ask myself these questions? Or is it necessary to raise them?
